  Went in yesterday to see about getting a washer & dryer and a couch set. Waited 40 minutes for Jorge the General Manager to get back to the store, as soon as he walked in he never looked my husband in the eye he walked passed us and said NO he will not rent to us because my husband was a former employee even though he left on good terms and gave 2-3 weeks notice. They have rented to people who have worked there so I know for a fact he was saying that he cant rent to us just to be rude. Ever since this new GM started working at Aarons he has treated my husband very poorly to the point where other former employees quit cause how he treated my husband bad FOR NO REASON. It made them so uncomfortable being in the same room with Jorge and my husband cause how Jorge spoke to him that they quit. He has lost 4-5 employees since becoming the GM at this store. He has a nasty attitude towards customers! Today my husband and I were customers and he treated us awful for the 3 seconds he walked in rudely and went in his office after waiting 40 minutes for him to get to the store.
